Free scheduling service Test kits sold separately

Sponsors

Support the free service

The random scheduling and accountability tools are free to use. In future, optional funders may help keep them that way. This page sets out the rules any sponsor would have to accept, before there is any sponsor to apply them to.

Current status

P in the Cup currently has no sponsors, funders, partners or affiliate relationships, and no sponsored prizes or rewards are offered. If that changes, this page will name each sponsor and what they fund.

What "free" means here

The random scheduling and accountability service is free. Test kits and any laboratory testing are purchased separately. Sponsorship would support the scheduling service; it would not make drug testing free.

How sponsorship might work

Possible forms of support Planned

None of these exist today. They describe what we would consider.

Running costs

Funding hosting, security and maintenance so the schedule stays free for participants.

Participation rewards

Funding optional rewards for consistent participation and goals, if rewards are ever launched and reviewed. See Goals & Rewards.

Education

Supporting independent, organisation-agnostic educational content, without any say over what it concludes.

Non-negotiable

Transparency principles every sponsor must accept

  • No personal data. Sponsors never receive testing records, schedules, results, account details, group membership or any other personal data about participants.
  • No editorial influence. Sponsors cannot buy a place, ranking or favourable review in the Test Kit Guide or any article. Editorial assessment follows the published review methodology.
  • Participation, never results. Any sponsored reward would recognise voluntary participation, habit consistency and goals, never a particular drug-test result.
  • Clearly labelled. Any sponsored content or reward would be labelled as sponsored and name the sponsor.
  • No tracking. Sponsorship would not add advertising pixels, remarketing or visitor profiling to this website.
  • No endorsement implied. Sponsorship would not mean the sponsor endorses P in the Cup or that P in the Cup endorses the sponsor's products, and it would not imply approval by any recovery fellowship, treatment provider, court or employer.
  • Free stays free. Sponsorship would never make the free schedule conditional on buying anything.

Enquiries

Interested in supporting the service?

Organisations or individuals who would like to discuss supporting the free service on the terms above can get in touch: A contact address will be published here before launch.

An enquiry is not an agreement. Any sponsorship would be reviewed against these principles before it is accepted, and announced on this page.
